Hello my name is Gary Polito and I own and operate H2 RANCH. Yes the H2 RANCH is really a small working ranch in the East Texas town of New Chapel Hill on the edge of Tyler.  My wife and I purchased this property from my family in 1998.  This is the original property my grandmother and grandfather called their home as well as where my mother grew up.  It feels so good to me to have spent all my young country life on these very grounds.  I have spent a lifetime raising a wonderful and successful family while working in the construction industry. Yes the dirt under the fingernails kind of thing.   Although all my children have chosen different paths in life, it is wonderful that they are all their own person and good at what they do, SUCCESS.   In the mid 80ʼs I spent a short stint working in the photography world.   Nothing glamorous just in the industry.  Three months after a near death heart attack and open heart surgery, my eldest reintroduced me to photography, THE DIGITAL WORLD.  I was hooked and true to my character, away we go, wide open throttle.  What an avenue of artistic and technical blend.  I have always felt to keep yourself balanced, a person must work to live in an artistic as well as a logical technical world.  This has given me both as well as the opportunity for self expression.  My cowboy inspired lifestyle has led me to nature and people.  Wild horses, their history, the places they live and the animals they live with have become my focus.  The peace experienced while on one of my road trips is spiritual and cleansing.  I work hard to leave the world behind for several days at a time while tuning into the lives, the survival and the expressions of these beautiful animals.  My goal is to share with everyone these experiences though our website.  I want to take you next to nature as well as some of the interesting people I meet along the way.  I hope you enjoy as much as I do.  Without the support of my loving wife and family, none of this would be possible.  My trips can be long, expensive and sometimes a bit dangerous.
